I was standing at a busy cross road in my town in the evening watching lines of vehicles and two wheelers go by and I wondered why would someone give a company any chance if the product is not good and there are so many options. Ola has an appreciable product but the competition is best vs the best. Ampere TVS Bajaj and Ather are riding on the momentum that Ola created. Just like Paytm paved the way for PhonePe GPay etc. Bhavesh will need to go all in on creating a robust senior management with delegated ownership and focus heavily on ground level metrics which can track each potential walkin into a successful customer. What got you here wont get you there. Its a really tough play if someone watches it from the street. Unless the product improves and some new female first products are launched Ola will only loose Market share. Shake up is required. Yes it is highly undervalued now but an upmove wont happen or wont last without regaining Market Share. View more
