I could not complete the payment for my transaction. How can I complete it?


1. If your payment was rejected in the middle of the transaction, please check with your bank for reason of rejection.
2. If you dropped out of the transaction mid-way:
We process your purchase transaction through the BSE platform. In case you have missed your payment on the app, you will receive an email with payment link from BSE. The link will lead you to verify the order and make a payment. The email from BSE will have a subject line as “Mutual Fund Order Payment Confirmation”. Here’s how the email will look. If you do not receive such email, it means your order was not initiated and you can reinitiate the order.
