In 2024, these superfoods didn’t just boost well-being but also reconnected people with the wisdom of traditional diets. Their versatility and numerous benefits have ensured they’ll continue to play a significant role in our kitchens as we move into 2025.

Turmeric: The favourite haldi is still reigning supreme. Turmeric isn’t just for your curries. With its potent anti-inflammatory and immunity-boosting properties, it’s found its way into smoothies, lattes, and even skincare routines.
