Once she gained strength, he introduced more complex fitness moves. That’s when she began to do functional training, which improved her strength, mobility, and balance. Gradually, he introduced animal flow sessions, which further enhanced her flexibility and coordination.

When it comes to nutrition, Channa shared that it played a significant role. Excess carbs were eliminated from her diet, while intake of protein, fresh vegetables, and fruits was increased. No shortcuts were used, and her food remained the same for sustainable weight loss. This helped her achieve results in three months.
