In fact, Malaika called it one of the most efficient sets of exercises, where even spending ten minutes of your time can help you replace your entire medicine cabinet. She added how the Chinese consider it the key to living a healthy and long life.

In the video, the actress shared how the first day of the routine restores energy flow, targeting the stomach, liver, pancreas, and intestine meridians. When practiced regularly, it may help with digestive issues and regulate blood sugar levels. The routine involves movements that help improve lymphatic drainage and reduce tension in the body.
