South star Rajinikanth, who has been part of the entertainment industry for over five decades, doesn’t take his fitness lightly. The legendary actor is committed to taking care of his body, and a new video that has surfaced on the internet proves it.

In the clip, Rajinikanth is seen working out under the supervision of his trainer at a gym. He performs dumbbell presses on an incline bench and then does bench squats. At the end of his session, he flaunts his biceps proudly. At 74, he is quite an inspiration to many.

Incline Dumbbell Press

It’s a strength training exercise for the upper chest, which also works on the shoulders and triceps. It’s performed by lying on an incline bench at an angle of 15–30 degrees, pressing both dumbbells straight over the chest, and then lowering them back.
