Actress Urvashi Rautela has been in the news lately due to her appearances at Cannes 2025, where she met international celebrities and movie greats.

Among all the glamour and splendour, one particular moment—her selfie with none other than Leonardo DiCaprio, the Hollywood star—set social media on fire.

Early on Thursday morning, Urvashi delighted her fans on Instagram with a set of photos that showed an intimate moment with the Titanic star. She seems to be having fun with DiCaprio in the picture, grinning broadly as they pose together. But what really got people talking was her caption.

For the caption she wrote, “When Leonardo DiCaprio calls you the Queen of Cannes! Thank you, Leo… now that’s a Titanic compliment.”

The bold declaration quickly caught the attention of fans and fellow celebrities. Social media personality and influencer Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry and a close friend of Urvashi, couldn’t resist chiming in. In a playful yet pointed comment, he wrote, “What do u mean when he calls u queen of Cannes ??? U r the queen of cannes what else is he meant to u ?? Didi ?? Bhenjiii??? Urvashi Baiiii??”

While the actress’s fans rushed to praise the moment, the post also invited scepticism. Several social media users were unconvinced by the claim and questioned its authenticity. One user remarked, Sketch to nhi banaya bhai ne apka??? (Didn't he make your sketch???) Another wrote,  “Dear Urvashi, if you are the one who is spreading this and not a member of your family, I want to tell you that you are only insulting yourself and the dignity of a real star is created by her love for herself so that everyone respects her and not by running after the spotlight and fame in a way that does not suit her.” Another bluntly added, “You are not 21, shut up.” A fourth comment read, "Does leonardo himself know about this?"
