The most recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19 (October 18) was an intense, emotional rollercoaster that made viewers and housemates consider the weight of deeds and the power of words.
Salman Khan wished everyone a Happy Diwali to start the episode off on a joyous note, but the good vibes soon gave way to difficult discussions.
Salman first called out Nehal Chudasama for mishandling the ration task, then turned to Malti Chahar, pulling her up for reacting harshly to Shehbaz’s provocation. “If you give it, be prepared to take it back,” Salman told her, firmly but fairly.
Tensions increased as Farhana Bhatt came into focus. She was confronted by Salman for referring to Neelam Giri as "Bhojpuri staff," which many people felt was demeaning and contemptuous.
When she initially showed no regret, Salman didn’t hold back. Eventually, Farhana apologised, visibly shaken, and made amends with Neelam.
But the most emotional moment of the night belonged to Amaal Mallik. After a heated nomination task earlier in the week, Amaal came under fire for using derogatory words against Abhishek Bajaj and Farhana Bhatt. While Amaal tried to defend his actions as “just for fun,” Salman wasn’t buying it. “It wasn’t fun — it was intentional,” he told him.
Then came a surprise that changed the energy in the room: Daboo Malik, Amaal’s father and a respected music composer, appeared on stage. What started as a fatherly visit quickly turned into a heartfelt intervention.
With a trembling voice, Daboo said, “You’re on the biggest show, but remember, the real big show is outside... You and I had a pact that we’d never use language that disrespects women.” Amaal, overcome with emotion, broke down in tears and promised to improve.

Even Salman added a personal note: “People will always come after your reaction. Learn to control your tongue — I’ve been there.” It was clear that this wasn’t just about the game anymore — it was about character.
The episode ended on a slightly lighter note, with a Diwali twist — no eliminations this week.
Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja also made a special appearence on the show with the owners of Danube properties.
