The cast of Netflix’s popular show The Great Indian Kapil Show recently had a memorable visit to the Attari-Wagah border, meeting with Border Security Forces (BSF) personnel and their families. The cast, including Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Rajiv Thakur, and Archana Puran Singh, made their way to Amritsar, where they joined the lively and patriotic atmosphere of the Retreat Ceremony at the Attari-Wagah border. This ceremony, known for its spirited display of national pride, was the perfect setting for the cast to kick off the upcoming season of their show.

Kapil Sharma expressed his gratitude for the audience's overwhelming love and support. He said, “Aaj itna josh dekh ke aisa lag raha hai ki dobara 18 saal ke ho gaye hum log. Aise he aap log apna pyaar banaye rakhiye. Aur yeh jo mahaul hai wo adbhut hai. Shukriya aap sab ke pyaar ke liye.” This roughly translates to, "Seeing such enthusiasm today makes us feel like we are 18 again. Keep your love coming. This atmosphere is amazing. Thank you for your love."

Archana Puran Singh, who visited the Attari-Wagah border for the first time, was deeply moved by the experience. She said, “Pehli baar yahan aakar aisa lag raha hai ki pure Hindustan ka pyaar humari dharti mata ke liye dekhne ko mil raha hain.” This means, "For the first time, it feels like we are witnessing the love of all of India for our motherland."
