Thandel makers wish Naga Chaitanya on his birthday with special poster

Actor Naga Chaitanya celebrated his 37th birthday today, November 23, and to make his day more special, the makers of his next film Thandel wished him on his special day.

The makers took to Instagram to wish Chaitanya oh his birthday along with the poster of the film featuring the actor and the caption, "Happy Birthday to our #Thandel Raju - Yuvasamrat @chayakkineni February 7th 2025 will be remembered for a long time in Indian Cinema for his portrayal of Thandel Raju.#ThandelOnFeb7th."

The poster featured Naga Chaitanya in an intense look, standing aboard a ship amidst a stormy, rain-soaked setting. Sai Pallavi joins him in a lead role for the film, which is slated for a theatrical release on February 7, 2025.

On the professional front, Naga Chaitanya was last seen in the web series Dhoota, a horror mystery thriller directed by Vikram Kumar. The series centers around Sagar, a journalist whose life takes a dark turn when newspapers eerily predict terrifying events that begin to come true.

Meanwhile on the personal front, Naga Chaitanya will tie the knot with Sobhita Dhulipala on December 4, according to reports. The couple announced their engagement in August this year and their relationship for the first time in public. The engagement ceremony took place in Naga Chaitanya's father, Nagarjuna's residence in Hyderabad in an intimate ceremony.

As per reports, the wedding will take place at the Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Recently, while speaking to TOI, Nagarjuna shared that his son Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala prefer a simple, traditional Telugu wedding. The guest list will include 300-400 close family members, friends, and colleagues. He also mentioned that Sobhita's parents have requested a traditional Telugu ceremony, which will take place at their family-owned studio gardens.
