Bollywood's Badshah King Khan might be seen playing the role of a don; no, he is not returning to 'Don 3', but it is most likely for his most-awaited venture with daughter Suhana Khan.
SRK was loved as Don in the Farhan Akhtar directorial venture, but this time it is likely to be in Sujoy Ghosh's directorial movie tentatively titled 'King.'
A source close to the movie said SRK is closely associated with this project as it is the first time he will be seen with his daughter Suhana Khan on the big screen.
The source said the character is likely to have shades of grey: “Shah Rukh Khan is making films for the audience and is well aware of their urge to see him in shades of grey. King is his passion project, and he has been meticulously working on all aspects of the project with Siddharth Anand and Sujoy Ghosh. They have collectively carved a very cool, full of attitude and swag character with shades of grey for SRK in King.”
The source further added that Siddharth Anand is currently working on the action sequences with international stunt teams. "Sujoy, on the other hand, is getting the dialogue draft ready, whereas SRK is overseeing the creative process and training with Suhana on some new-age action sequences,” the source further said.
SRK started his career with grey characters: Abbas Mustan's 'Baazigar', then Yash Chopra's 1993 romantic thriller 'Darr', followed by Rahul Rawail's 1994 psychological thriller 'Anjaam, opposite Madhuri Dixit.
Then he was loved for his role in 'Raees' and later in Farhan Akhtar's 'Don'.
SRK has delivered three back-to-back hits in 'Pathaan', 'Jawan', and 'Dunki'.
This will also be Suhana Khan's big Bollywood debut; her earlier release was Archies on Netflix. Fans can't wait to see King Khan with his sweet daughter on the screen.
