Neetu Kapoor turns 67

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, the daughter of veteran Bollywood actress Neetu Kapoor and late Rishi Kapoor, is making waves online with her heartfelt tribute to her mother, who is celebrating her 67th birthday today.

Riddhima posted a heartwarming video montage on her Instagram Stories that was full of lovely memories. It included rare family photos with her late father Rishi Kapoor, her daughter Samara, actress and sister-in-law Alia Bhatt, early photos of Neetu Kapoor, and special moments from the Kapoor family's archives.

The touching film, which is set to a gentle melody, is a heartwarming portrayal of the close-knit Kapoor family, emphasising their shared heritage and unbreakable bond. In addition to the video, Riddhima wrote her mother a lovely birthday note:

"To the most incredible women I know! I feel blessed every single day to call you my mom! You deserve all the happiness in the world today & always I love you most in the world! Happy Birthday, Ma"

Along with her daughter-in-law Alia Bhatt, son Ranbir Kapoor, Riddhima, and other close family members, Neetu Kapoor is currently on vacation in London. Away from the spotlight, the family appears to be spending some quality time together in the British capital.

The festive mood surrounding Neetu Kapoor's special day was further enhanced by fan accounts posting candid photos and selfies online and by fans spotting Ranbir Kapoor walking the streets of London earlier in the day.

Neetu Kapoor started her film career as a child actor in the swashbuckler Suraj (1966) and is well-known for her iconic roles in Hindi cinema from the late 1960s, 1970s, and early 1980s.
