In the now-viral video, Alia begins her session with a quick treadmill run, flashing her signature dimpled smile and a victory sign. But the mood shifts quickly as the actor is seen performing weighted squats with resistance bands strapped around her waist, clearly feeling the burn. A fan, sharp enough to catch Ranbir mid-workout, commented, “Was that Ranbir in the back hanging or swinging?” sending others into a collective meltdown.
