Prime Video and South Korea's CJ ENM have announced a strategic collaboration to bring premium Korean entertainment to audiences worldwide, excluding Korea and China. This partnership was unveiled at the World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES) in Mumbai on May 3, 2025, highlighting Prime Video's commitment to offering diverse and culturally rich content to its global subscriber base.
The collaboration will see Prime Video launch multiple exclusive Korean titles throughout 2025 and 2026. The first of these is the highly anticipated fantasy romance drama series Head Over Heels, set to premiere in late June 2025.
Additionally, popular titles from CJ ENM's extensive catalogue, including Her Private Life, Another Miss Oh, and the acclaimed detective series Mouse, will be made available to viewers in over 240 countries and territories. To enhance accessibility, all new Korean content will feature subtitles in 28 languages and dubbing in 11 languages.
Kelly Day, Head of International and Vice President of Prime Video, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “This strategic collaboration with CJ ENM reinforces Prime Video's commitment to bringing the best of Korean entertainment to our customers worldwide.” She highlighted the global resonance of Korean content, citing the success of series like Marry My Husband and No Gain, No Love, which have garnered significant viewership outside their country of origin.
Gaurav Gandhi, Vice President for APAC & MENA at Prime Video, added, “Our strategic collaboration with CJ ENM marks a new chapter in this journey, giving Prime members front-row access to some of the most compelling and innovative content from Korea.”
Jangho Seo, Executive Vice President of CJ ENM’s Content Business Division, emphasized the significance of the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled about this partnership with Prime Video, which allows us to bring our unique Korean stories to an even broader global audience.”

He noted the universal appeal of Korean storytelling and expressed excitement about making upcoming titles more accessible to audiences across cultures and languages.
