Actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are all set to marry on December 4, 2024, in a traditional Telugu ceremony at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. The couple’s pre-wedding celebrations have already started, and one of the most exciting events so far has been their Haldi ceremony on Friday, November 29.

Pictures and videos from this ceremony have quickly spread across social media, with fans eagerly sharing their excitement.

The pre-wedding events are being enjoyed by Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita’s closest friends and family. In one heartwarming picture from the Haldi ceremony, both the bride-to-be, Sobhita, and the groom, Naga Chaitanya, are seen with big smiles, clearly enjoying the moment.

In some of the other pictures, family members and guests are seen joyfully pouring water from traditional pots over Sobhita, adding to the festive atmosphere. The actress is dressed in a mustard-colored saree, which is bright and beautiful, perfect for the occasion. Naga Chaitanya, on the other hand, has chosen a simple and elegant off-white kurta paired with white pyjamas, looking calm and happy in the moment.

Although the couple has not shared the official photos of the ceremony on their social media accounts, the intimate and private family event has already found its way onto platforms like Instagram and X (formerly Twitter). Fans have been quick to express their admiration for the couple’s happiness and the warmth of the celebrations.

The wedding itself is expected to be a grand affair, with the couple following traditional Telugu Brahmin customs for their marriage. According to reports, the wedding will feature eight hours of rituals, which are deeply rooted in tradition. For the big day, Sobhita Dhulipala has chosen a stunning Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari, which is a classic choice for a traditional wedding in southern India. A source close to Sobhita mentioned that she personally went shopping with her mother to select the saree, and they also picked a simple white khadi saree made in Ponduru, Andhra Pradesh. In addition, Naga Chaitanya will have a matching set to wear, following the custom.

The actress is said to be very involved in every detail of the wedding preparations, making sure that everything feels personal and meaningful. The couple’s engagement took place quietly on August 8, 2024, after they had been dating for over two years. Before Sobhita, Naga Chaitanya was married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, but they divorced in October 2021 after four years of marriage.

As Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala approach their wedding day, fans and well-wishers are eagerly waiting to see more glimpses of the couple’s celebrations and the beautiful traditions that will mark the beginning of their new life together.
