Sonakshi Sinha-Zaheer Iqbal wedding: Couple celebrate mehendi ceremony, see pics

Several agencies report that the couple will tie the knot on 23 June in Mumbai.

Actors Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are gearing up for their big day with wedding festivities and traditions. Several new pictures, including the couple’s, have surfaced online. The pictures have also been shared by their friends and the guests.

For the mehendi ceremony, Sonakshi Sinha was seen in a red and yellow outfit. Zaheer Iqbal was captured in a printed red kurta and a white pyjama. In one of the pictures, the couple posed with family and friends. The venue was decorated with beautiful flower arrangements.

Zaheer’s friend, Jafer Ali Munshi, shared a picture of the ceremony on his social media account and wrote, "Soooooooooo excited and Sona is now 'officially in the Bandstand Bldg A clan!”

Just a few days ago, the couple celebrated their bachelorette and bachelor parties with their close friends. Sonakshi Sinha had posted a few pictures from the party her friends threw her. One of the pictures showed Huma Qureshi posing with Sonakshi Sinha. Sonakshi wore a glimmering black dress. All the attendees were dressed in black outfits which was probably the dress code.

Zaheer Iqbal also enjoyed his bachelor party with his friends. Actor Saqib Saleem, Huma Qureshi's brother, was also part of the celebration.

Recently, an audio invite for the wedding leaked online. In the invite, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal can be heard saying that they are ready to arrive at ‘the moment’, which would turn them into each other's 'definite and official husband and wife.’

The digital invitation is seemingly designed like a magazine cover with a headline. The invite featured a picture of Sonakshi and Zaheer in a snow-covered setting, with Zaheer planting a kiss on Sonakshi's cheek.

Several agencies report that the couple will tie the knot on 23 June in Mumbai.

However, Sonakshi and Zaheer have never publicly spoken about their relationship.
