Krushna Abhishek's wife Kashmera Shah visits mama Govinda in hospital after he shot himself accidentally, watch video

Actor and politician Govinda experienced a frightening incident early this morning when he accidentally shot himself in the leg with his licensed revolver. The unfortunate mishap occurred around 4:45 a.m. as Govinda was preparing to leave his residence for a scheduled flight to Kolkata. According to his manager, Shashi Sinha, the incident happened while Govinda was placing his revolver back into its case, leading to an accidental discharge of the firearm.

The bullet struck Govinda in his knee, and he was immediately rushed to CRITICare Hospital in Mumbai for medical attention. He underwent treatment, and doctors have successfully extracted the bullet. Thankfully, Govinda is now out of danger, and he even released an audio message reassuring his fans about his health. In his message, Govinda expressed gratitude to the doctors and the prayers of his supporters, stating, "I was hit by a bullet and it has been extracted now. I thank the doctors and for the prayers of my fans."

The incident has prompted an investigation by the Mumbai Police, who have visited the scene and taken custody of Govinda's revolver. The police are currently trying to determine the exact circumstances leading to the accident. Early reports suggest that the actor was cleaning his revolver or placing it in the cupboard when the accidental firing took place. The investigation is ongoing.

Shortly after the incident, various celebrities and close friends of Govinda expressed their concern and well wishes. Actress Kashmera Shah, who is the wife of Govinda's nephew Krishna Abhishek was seen visiting him at the hospital.
