Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor has once again made headlines, but this time, it's not for a movie or a red-carpet look. In a candid interview with Nod magazine, the actress opened up about her new lifestyle and daily schedule, offering a glimpse into the changes she has made in recent years—especially after becoming a mother of two.

The actress, known for her dedication to fitness and her effortless style, revealed that she has made a conscious shift to prioritise her family, health, and well-being. Sharing details about her routine, Kareena said, “I eat dinner at 6 pm and switch off lights at 9:30 pm. I wake up early for a workout and enjoy some solo time. My friends know not to expect me at parties. And they respect that. They know I’ll be watching Schitt’s Creek on low volume!”

This change in lifestyle reflects Kareena’s evolving priorities. Now a mother to Taimur and Jeh, Kareena confessed that her perspective has changed. "It’s not about quantity anymore. It’s about choosing the right roles, ones that challenge me and excite me. I want to preserve my energy, my talent, and myself," she explained. Kareena also mentioned that she’s happy she no longer feels the pressure to chase roles like the younger generation of actors.

Apart from work and fitness, family bonding has become central to Kareena’s routine.

She revealed how her home kitchen has become a place for culinary adventures, especially with husband Saif Ali Khan, who is currently obsessed with Kerala cuisine.

“He’s always trying out new recipes—idiyappams, coconut-based stews, everything,” Kareena said with a smile. She also confessed her own food preference: “I need my one proper Indian meal a day. Non-negotiable.”

From being a style icon to a doting mother and now a wellness enthusiast, Kareena Kapoor continues to inspire fans with her balanced approach to life.

With blockbuster films like Jab We Met, Heroine, and Good Newwz under her belt, the actress is now focused on roles that align with her current state of mind—calm, selective, and purposeful.
