John Abraham and his wife Priya Runchal stepped out for a cozy dinner with close friends, and Priya gave fans a glimpse of the evening on social media. Arjun Kapoor’s hilarious comment on the post instantly caught attention, leaving netizens thoroughly entertained.

Priya shared a picture from their dinner on Instagram on Sunday, along with the caption, "La love in Bbay." In the picture, John and Priya are seen seating in a lavish restaurant along with two of their friends, Sam and Sarika.

Priya’s post quickly garnered a flurry of reactions, but it was Arjun Kapoor’s witty comment that truly stood out and stole the spotlight.

Arjun commented on the post, "Did john Carry his pasta?" To which Priya replied, "@arjunkapoor haha it’s under that big napkin :) The post indeed together a hilarious turn.


For those unfamiliar, John Abraham and Arjun Kapoor previously shared screen space in Ek Villain Returns, released in 2022.

The action-thriller also starred Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria and was helmed by director Mohit Suri. The film served as a sequel to Ek Villain, which first hit the screens in 2014.

Their recent playful online exchange hints at the genuine friendship and camaraderie they continue to share off-screen. Meanwhile, John Abraham was last seen in The Diplomat, which premiered on March 7.

The film draws inspiration from the true story of Indian ambassador J.P. Singh and Uzma Ahmed. Directed by Shivam Nair and co-produced by T-Series along with John Abraham himself, the film features Sadia Khatib, Kumud Mishra, and Revathy in prominent roles.
