Sunita Ahuja, wife of Bollywood superstar Govinda, has made a bold and emotional statement about her children's struggles in the film industry. In a recent interview, she said that Govinda did not support their children, and both her son Yashvardhan and daughter Tina have had to work hard without any special help.
“Govinda ne mere bacche ko support nahi kiya. Main sach bol rahi hu,” Sunita said. She added that her children are not treated like star kids and have faced the same struggles as outsiders.
Yashvardhan Ahuja, who is preparing to enter Bollywood, has faced a long journey. “Yashvardhan ne 84 auditions diye hai being Govinda's son,” she revealed. Despite being the son of a major Bollywood star, he did not get an easy entry into the film world.
Now, Yashvardhan has finally signed his first film. “Usne abhi Maitree Pictures ki ek film sign ki hai.” Maitree Pictures is known for producing the blockbuster South Indian film Pushpa. This marks a new beginning for Yashvardhan, who has chosen to follow his own path.
Sunita also mentioned that she advised her son to be original. “I told him not to copy Govinda. Make your own style. You will make a better name than your father.”
Speaking about her daughter, Sunita proudly shared, “Meri beti Tina is doing a nice Punjabi talk show.” Tina Ahuja, who debuted in films earlier, is now working on a television show, proving her versatility.
Sunita’s statements shed light on the challenges faced by children of stars who do not use their parents' influence. She wants her children to succeed through hard work and talent.
