The transactions, registered with the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) and reviewed by real estate marketplace Square Yards, highlight the family’s growing footprint in the city’s premium property segment.

Transaction 1: Andheri West Luxury Apartment
The larger of the two purchases was made jointly by Pankaj Tripathi and his daughter, Aashi. Registered in July 2025, this apartment is located in the upscale Seabliss Building in Andheri West. Priced at Rs. 9.98 crore, the property offers a RERA carpet area of 188.22 sq. m. (approximately 2,026 sq. ft.), along with a balcony area of 32.14 sq. m. (about 346 sq. ft.). This brings the total usable area to 220.36 sq. m. (roughly 2,372 sq. ft.), making it a spacious residence by Mumbai standards.
The deal also includes three car parking slots, a valuable asset in one of the city’s busiest neighborhoods. In addition to the purchase price, the transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 59.89 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
