Anupamaa’s Adrija Roy on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah ruling TRP : 'Maybe something new caught the audience's attention temporarily'

The TRP list came out only yesterday and once again Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has occupied the top spot on the raining charts. Anupamaa which is a massive hit among the audience is on the second spot.

Anupamaa has been on the TRP charts ever since 2020 for most of the time. But from a few weeks, it does not rule the roost. The show took a leap and many actors who were loved in their characters moved out of the Rupali Ganguly starrer.

When the show narrated Anupamaa's new journey in Mumbai it had managed to regain the top spot as per reports by Bollywood Life. But the show has once again lost and it is on the second spot.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been entertaining the audience quite alot. The current track on the bhootni has charmed the audience. Reportedly, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has received 2.6 million impressions as compared to Anupamaa which has got 2.0 million impressions.

Adrija Roy who plays the role of Rahi, has shared her thoughts on the TRP game. The publication reported that Adrija feels that TRPs are a mystery and while they feel that they are at their best and the audience response is also there, somehow the rankings are different. Adrija also said that the viewer's preferences keeps changing.

The publication quoted her as, "Maybe it’s also seasonal, or something new caught their attention temporarily. But I truly believe in our team and the story we’re telling, it still has a lot of heart."

Adrija also mentioned how the drama will escalate once Anupamaa and Rahi come face to face.
