The transaction, officially registered in April 2025, was reported based on property documents reviewed by Square Yards and accessed on the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.
The Puri family’s new residence is located in World One, part of the iconic World Towers developed by the Lodha Group. The apartment spans a built-up area of approximately 505.85 square meters (around 5,446.53 square feet) and includes the rights to four dedicated car parking spaces. The property transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 2.22 crore and registration charges amounting to Rs. 30,000.
