The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has announced an extension of the GATE 2025 registration deadline. As per a notice released on October 8, 2024, candidates can now complete their registrations with a late fee until 11:59 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024. The extension was made following multiple requests from candidates seeking more time to apply.
Earlier, the regular registration window, without a late fee, was extended to October 3, 2024, following a notice from IIT Roorkee on September 26. However, due to continued demand, the deadline for late fee registrations has been extended further.

The official information brochure was made available on September 12, 2024. Applicants are advised to review the brochure and follow the guidelines closely before completing their submissions.
