Company History - SKN Industries

SKN Industries Limited is a public limited Company incorporated on
 28th Sept,1992 with Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana, New
 Delhi. The Company obtained Certificate of commencement of Business
 on 18th Dec. 1992. The company has not commenced its commercial
 operations since its incorporation. At present the Company is
 implementing the project for developing Storage and Bottling
 Infrastructure of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and for manufacturing
 Regulators, Valves and Adopters. The
 Regulators, Valves & Adapters will be used in domestic Gas Appliances
 and will be consumed by the Company and other Parallel Marketers of
 LPG. The Company also proposes to set up its own Storage and
 unloading facilities of LPG at Gujrat for which the necessary
 applications have already been made with Gujrat Maritime Board for
 allotment of required land.The Company also proposes to manufacture &
 market commercial LPG Equipments like Commercial Gas Regulators,
 Commercial LPG Valves etc. mainly required by Industrial Consumers as
 well as Hotels.
