Company History - Divya Enterprises

The Company was initially incorporated on 31-03-89 as Private Limited
 Company for taking over the business of M/s.Divya Enterprises, a
 partnership firm which was engaged in Civil Construction activities
 from 1976. It was decided to stop the construction activities and set
 up a manufacturing unit for terry towels at Jeedimetla, near 
 Hyderbadcity(AP) and commenced commercial production in August 1990.
 The Present istalled capacity of the unit is 257 TPA. The cost of the
 existing unit of Rs.196.86 lakhs was financed by promoter's funds of
 Rs.73.56 lakhs. APIDC tem loan of Rs.68.00 lakhs and APSFC term loan
 of Rs.55.30 lakhs. The company was converted into a Public Limited
 Company with effect from 5th August 1992.
