IndiaInfoline to file DRHP for Rs 750cr NCD issue today
Brokerage house IndiaInfoline will file an offer letter and a draft prospectus for non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issue of around Rs 250-300 crore to open in early August.

Moneycontrol.comBrokerage house IndiaInfoline will file an offer letter and a draft prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for a non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issue.The issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of upto Rs 375 crore with an option to retain over-subscription upto Rs 375 crore for issuance of additional NCDs aggregating to a total of upto Rs 750 crore, will open in early August.The lead managers to the issue include JM Financial Consultants, Axis Bank and AK Capital.Recently, IIFL received an in-principle approval for securities trading and clearing memberships from Singapore Exchange (SGX) paving the way for IIFL to become the first Indian brokerage to get a membership of the SGX.
