United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.As per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company in terms of SEBI Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors / Officers and designated employees from February 02, 2014 till February 14, 2014.Source : BSE
