To discuss ways and means for raising fund upto 100 Crore in Equity or Debt form for the business expansion of the Company.2. To discuss future plan of Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd after the demerger of the two division of the Company (Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd) i.e. Agriculture division into Pearl Agriculture Ltd and Electronics division into Pearl Electronics Ltd.Source : BSE
