With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 08, 2014, regarding Board to consider Second Interim Dividend. Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on September 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider the declaration of second interim dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2014-15, stands postponed and is rescheduled to be held on September 16, 2014. The Record Date of September 17, 2014, fixed earlier for the purpose of determining the names of the members eligible for receipt of interim dividend, stands cancelled and the revised Record Date; for this purpose shall be communicated to the Stock Exchange, accordingly.Further, the Company inform that the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 1992, shall remain closed till September 17, 2014 in view of Board Meeting scheduled for September 16, 2014, for the aforesaid purpose.Source : BSE
