Hello, all the investors communities out there, for PTC INDIA , it is a BLIND BUY.It is one of the CHEAPEST STOCKS available right now,in the Indian Stock market. Another one is GSFC, GUJARAT STATE FERTILIZER CORPORATION. Just compare the BOOK VALUE of these companies. In the case of GSFC, there is a direction from the state Government, which still remains to be implemented, regarding Buy Back of shares , issue of BONUS SHARES, as the stock is quoting well below its inherent strength.
