It also proposes to acquire memberships of National Stock Exchange and other stock exchanges subsequently.The Company is promoted by Sri Satish Kumar Jain, Member Bangalore Stock Exchange, professionally qualified, having vast experience in stock market & financial services field for about 10 years.
