The May 25 order undersigned by Dominican minister Rayburn Blackmoore further stated that: “You (Mehul Choksi) are, therefore, not permitted to enter the Commonwealth of Dominica and the Chief of Police has been instructed to take all the necessary actions to have you repatriated.”
Mehul Choksi has named Gurmit Singh, Narendar Singh, Jabarica and other unidentified persons for his alleged abduction.

"He (Choksi) is currently in the custody of Dominica where some legal proceedings are underway. We will continue to ensure that he is brought back to India," MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi told reporters at an online press briefing.
Mehul Choksi's lawyers have alleged that he was kidnapped from Jolly Harbour in Antigua and brought to Dominica on a boat, about 100 nautical miles away.
