He was talking to reporters on the sidelines of the inauguration of the Madhya Pradesh government's guest house named 'Madhyalok' at Vashi in neighboring Navi Mumbai.

Nath (73), who is also MP Congress president, is contesting the Chhindwara bypoll as he needs to get elected to the Madhya Pradesh Assembly within six months of being sworn in to continue as state CM.

Generally, the I-T department takes the help of the local police during such operations.

The party also announced that Kamal Nath will contest the bypoll from the Chhindwara assembly constituency.

Nath expressed confidence his party, the Congress, would win 25 of the 29 Lok Sabha seats in Madhya Pradesh as the government has fulfilled 83 promises made in the manifesto.

Addressing a function Sunday in Rajgarh district, over 130 kilometres from here, Nath said the farm loan waiver process would continue until all beneficiaries are covered.

The chief minister changed his mind as he thought that if he contests from Sausar, a little known assembly seat in Chhindwara district, the BJP may run a campaign to defame him saying that he was running away from his home turf.

Implementing the manifesto promise, we have made 70 percent employment to the local people of Madhya Pradesh in all industries funded by the state government mandatory, CM Nath tweeted

"The general budget presented today is totally an election budget and would prove to be jumla (hollow promise) and chalava," Nath said in a tweet.

Pitching for investments that can generate jobs and help farmers in his state Madhya Pradesh, senior Congress leader Kamal Nath has said his message to global community here is that India is ready for a change in upcoming national polls.
