Vivo Y400 Pro goes on sale in India with 3D curved display and 5500mAh battery: Price, launch offers and other details

Vivo has announced the availability of its latest Y series smartphone, the vivo Y400 Pro, in India starting June 26, 2025. Positioned as the segment’s slimmest smartphone with a 3D curved FHD+ AMOLED display, the Y400 Pro brings a range of premium features aimed at the youth audience.

The vivo Y400 Pro is available in two storage variants—8GB+128GB at Rs 24,999 and 8GB+256GB at Rs 26,999. The device is now on sale via the vivo India e-store, Flipkart, Amazon, and authorised retail outlets. It comes in three colour options: Freestyle White, Fest Gold, and Nebula Purple.

Customers purchasing the vivo Y400 Pro between June 20 and 30 can avail up to 10% cashback on SBI Card, DBS Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, Yes Bank, BOBCARD, and Federal Bank, along with zero down payment schemes up to 10 months. A bundled offer also lets users buy the vivo TWS 3e ANC at Rs 1,499. Other benefits include 20% off on the V-Shield screen protection plan (from July 1 to 15), one-year free extended warranty, and free access to 10 OTT apps for two months with Jio’s Rs 1,199 prepaid plan.

The Y400 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset and houses a 5,500mAh battery that supports 90W FlashCharge. The phone runs on a smart AI-backed interface with features like AI Transcript Assist, AI Superlink, and Circle to Search. Battery health tracking and bypass charging are also available.

Its display offers a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 4,500 nits, making it suitable for high-brightness environments and HDR content. The phone supports 4K HDR playback on platforms like YouTube and Netflix.

On the imaging front, the device features a 50MP Sony IMX882 main rear camera and a 32MP front-facing camera, both capable of recording 4K video. AI Photo Enhance and AI Erase 2.0 are included to assist in photography and editing.

The Y400 Pro comes with an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance and has passed multiple quality checks, ensuring durability for regular use.
