Vivo Y400 Pro 5G to launch soon in India with 3D curved AMOLED display

Vivo is soon planning to expand its mid-range portfolio with the launch of a new smartphone under its Y series. The company has confirmed the Y400 Pro launch date in India as June 20, 2025. According to the official announcement, the Vivo’s Y400 Pro 5G is expected to be the slimmest phone in its price range and will come with a 3D curved display. The phone has already been teased in a white or silver colour variant, featuring a dual rear camera and an LED flash. The phone’s large form factor suggests a comfortable grip and a rich multimedia experience for users.

Some of the key specifications have also been revealed. The phone is expected to sport a 4500-nit peak brightness display with a 120Hz refresh rate, making it well-suited for gaming, video consumption, and smooth daily use. The phone is likely to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor and will come with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The phone will debut with Android 15 and will pack numerous Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. Among these are AI Transcribe Assist, AI Superlink, AI Note Assist, and Circle to Search with Google. These additions aim to enhance productivity, streamline tasks, and make the phone smarter and more efficient for daily use.

The pricing for the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G is expected to be in the range of Rs 25,000, making it a strong contender in the mid-range phone market. The phone will be available for purchase in India starting June 20, 2025.
