Vivo is set to launch a new lineup of devices, including the X200 Ultra and X200s smartphones, at an event scheduled for April 21. The launch will also feature the introduction of the Vivo Pad5 Pro, Pad SE, and the Watch 5, as the brand expands its portfolio in the smartphone, tablet, and wearable segments.
The Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to arrive with a quad-curved OLED display and a redesigned rear panel featuring vertical stripes on a white variant, while a red model will sport a leather-like finish. A large, raised circular camera module is present on both versions. The device is rumoured to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
Key imaging features on the X200 Ultra include a triple-camera system with a 50MP Sony LYT-818 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 200MP Samsung HP9 periscope zoom camera. It will also include two imaging chips, VS1 and V3+, along with an iPhone-style camera button. A 6,000mAh silicon carbon battery is expected, with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. The device may come with an IP68/IP69 rating and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The Vivo X200s will be a follow-up to the X200 and is tipped to feature a 6.67-inch flat BOE Q10 display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a single-point ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It will house the Dimensity 9400+ processor and a 6,200mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
Camera features on the X200s are expected to include a ZEISS-branded triple-camera setup with a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens. The phone will retain an IP68/IP69 rating and be available in four colour options: Soft Purple, Mint Green, White, and Black.
The April 21 event will also mark the debut of Vivo’s new tablets—Pad5 Pro and Pad SE—as well as the latest smartwatch, Vivo Watch 5.
