Samsung has launched its 2025 Bespoke AI home appliance line-up in India. The new range covers washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioners that now come with AI-powered features, voice controls, and better connectivity through Samsung’s SmartThings app. The key idea behind this line-up is to help users manage their homes easily with AI that understands routines, saves energy, and keeps the home secure.

At the centre of this line-up is the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo — a washer and dryer combined in one machine. Samsung is also expanding AI features to its refrigerators and air conditioners, all designed to offer smart automation and hands-free control through voice and touch displays.

Price and availability

The 2025 Bespoke AI appliance range is now available online and offline, including Samsung’s own stores, website, and other major retailers.

Key features and specifications

The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is an all-in-one washer and dryer. It detects laundry weight, fabric type, and dirt levels, then adjusts water, detergent, and wash cycles automatically. It uses heat pump technology for drying, which cuts down energy use by up to 75%. It also has a 7-inch touch screen that shows real-time updates, energy use, and lets you control other connected appliances. You can even wash and dry a load in 98 minutes with the Super Speed cycle.

The Bespoke AI Refrigerator comes with an internal camera that can recognize up to 37 fresh items and 50 packaged items. It tracks expiry dates and suggests recipes. A 9-inch touch screen on the door acts as a dashboard for managing groceries, schedules, and other appliances.

The Bespoke AI WindFree AC has tiny micro-holes to cool rooms without direct cold air. It learns your habits to adjust cooling and can save up to 30% energy with AI Energy Mode.

The Bespoke AI Top Load Washer uses sensors to suggest the right settings based on fabric type and load weight. It adjusts water and wash cycles automatically for better fabric care and energy savings.
The appliances also come with Samsung Knox security and accessibility features like voice control, screen readers, and larger fonts for easy use.
