Oppo K13 Turbo series with 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED screen, 7000mAh battery launched: Price, specs

Oppo has introduced the K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro smartphones in China, with a 7,000 mAh battery and a 50MP primary camera. While the K13 Turbo is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC, the K13 Turbo Pro is backed by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC.

Oppo has expanded its performance-centric K series in China by introducing the K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro smartphones. While there's no confirmation on their global availability yet, the K13 Turbo series brings powerful hardware, premium features, and a gamer-centric design. Both phones are also equipped with a 7,000 sq mm VC cooling unit each, alongside inbuilt fans for active cooling.

Oppo K13 Turbo, K13 Turbo Pro: Price, availability

The Oppo K13 Turbo is priced at CNY 1,799 (around Rs 21,500) for the base model with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The 16GB + 256GB and the 12GB + 512GB variants are available at CNY 1,999 (around Rs 24,000) and CNY 2,299 (around Rs 27,500), respectively. It is available in Black Warrior, Knight White, and Purple colour shades.

Meanwhile, the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro has a starting price of CNY 1,999 (around Rs 24,000) for the base 12GB + 256GB variant. It is also available in T 16GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage configurations, costing CNY 2,199 (around Rs 26,400), CNY 2,399 (around Rs 28,800), and CNY 2,699 (around Rs 32,500), respectively. It is offered in Black Warrior, Knight Silver, and Purple shades. Both smartphones are currently available for pre-order and will go on sale in China, starting July 25.

Oppo K13 Turbo, K13 Turbo Pro: Specifications, features

Both smartphones come with a 6.80-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,600 nits global brightness level. The K13 Turbo Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, whereas the K13 Turbo is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset. However, the K13 Turbo has up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, and the K13 Turbo Pro offers up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.

In the camera department, both devices come with 50MP primary sensors at the back alongside 2MP secondary sensors and 16MP sensors at the front. The Oppo K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro pack a 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging. Oppo has also introduced a dedicated Super Cooling Kit, which includes an RGB light magnetic case with external cooling fans for enhanced heat dissipation.
