OnePlus is all set to unveil the OnePlus 13s, its first compact flagship smartphone, today, June 5, 2025. The launch event will begin at 12 PM IST and will be livestreamed via the official OnePlus India YouTube channel. The OnePlus 13s is part of the company’s 13 Series line-up and is being introduced exclusively for the Indian market.

The highlight of the event is the OnePlus 13s smartphone, which will bring flagship-level performance in a smaller form factor. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform and is expected to be one of the most affordable smartphones in India with this chipset. OnePlus claims the phone can run games like BGMI for up to seven hours while maintaining stable frame rates, backed by a large 4400mm² Cryo-Velocity Vapor Chamber for improved thermal management.

The OnePlus 13s will also introduce the company’s new AI assistant, Plus Mind, which helps users save and organise important information directly from the screen. It also includes a new Plus Key — a hardware button that allows quick access to AI tools, camera, translation, and more.

Design-wise, the 13s will offer a lightweight 185g body with flat glass panels and rounded edges for better one-handed usability. Colour variants include Black Velvet, Pink Satin, and an India-exclusive Green Silk option. The phone will come equipped with a 360° antenna system for improved connectivity and include India’s first custom-developed G1 Wi-Fi chipset. It will also support 5.5G networks with enhanced signal performance.

A 32MP front camera with autofocus is expected to headline the camera department, suggesting a focus on high-quality selfies and video calls.
