New Delhi, September 16, 2025: iDO Devices Private Limited, an Indian full-stack technology product ODM (Original Design Manufacturer), has raised $4 million (around ₹34 crore) in its latest funding round, with investments from Blume Ventures and Merak Ventures. The funding will support the company’s efforts to build an integrated tech product delivery ecosystem and strengthen India’s global footprint in product design and manufacturing.
Advancing India’s technology ecosystem
Founded by Shalabh Srivastava (CEO) and Ashita Gupta (Chief Business Officer), iDO Devices focuses on developing end-to-end hardware and software solutions for connected devices. Its current portfolio includes products integrated with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi, with plans to expand into GPS and GSM-enabled technologies.
The company aims to create a full-stack product design and fulfillment framework in India, covering chipset design, hardware development, firmware, and systems software. Srivastava said the new investment would accelerate customer acquisition, foster technology and IP development, and expand the firm’s presence in domestic and international markets.
Investor confidence in India’s tech potential
Merak Ventures highlighted iDO Devices’ strengths in embedded systems and global customer relationships. Manu Rikhye, Partner at Merak Ventures, said, “iDO channels India’s engineering talent into full-stack product delivery, offering solutions with real-world impact and scale potential.”
Blume Ventures, which has backed startups including Unacademy, Purplle, and Spinny, led the funding round. Arpit Agarwal, Partner at Blume Ventures, said, “India has the engineering depth to become a global leader in product design and fulfillment. iDO Devices’ integrated approach positions the country as a preferred destination for technology solutions.”
Building end-to-end product solutions
iDO Devices operates with a team of over 100 engineers across India and China and collaborates with an extensive international partner network. The company is advancing its ‘Single-Window Fulfillment Vision’, aiming to develop a comprehensive technology value chain in India, lead R&D in chip design and assembly, and integrate machine learning into next-generation connected devices.
The global product design and fulfillment market is projected to reach $15 billion in 2025, spanning sectors including consumer electronics, automotive, and healthcare. With domestic firms like iDO Devices leading innovation, India is poised to strengthen its position as a global hub for technology product design and manufacturing.
