Currently, Google’s ‘Learn About’ is available only in the United States, with availability in more regions expected to come in the coming months. According to the Verge, this is a step away from the traditional chatbots and is more oriented towards education and learning. It also aims to offer a more engaging and interactive learning experience and comes with textbook-style boxes.

Further, to improve a student’s knowledge about a topic, it also provides a quiz to test your knowledge and other intuitive modules to clear any misconceptions. The tool is built on the LearnLM model, which was introduced earlier in May, and is fine-tuned to respond, especially to provide answers related to varied subjects.

It even guides you through new topics so the learning experience can be enhanced. Some of the users who tried the tool suggested that while Google’s other AI chatbot tool, Gemini, focused more on providing facts and figures, ‘Learn About’ further expands the information by adding deeper knowledge on the related content and also putting relevant images.

It also recommends related topics for further exploration, making it more educational.
