A Call of Duty and Fallout crossover starts today

Activision’s Call of Duty series has collaborated with Bethesda and ZeniMax Media’s open-world Fallout series for a Call of Duty X Fallout item bundle and a week-long Fallout: Vault Dwellers Event. The Call of Duty and Fallout crossover begins today across Call of Duty games.

The Call of Duty X Fallout bundle (officially the “Fallout Vault Dweller Bundle”) adds weapon blueprints and other Fallout-themed items for use in Call of Duty Modern Warfare III, Call of Duty Warzone and Call of Duty Warzone Mobile.

The week-long in-game Fallout: Vault Dwellers Event begins on June 20 at 10AM PT (10.30PM IST) and will conclude at 8AM PT (8.30PM IST) on June 26.

Call of Duty and Fallout crossover: What to expect in Call of Duty games

As part of the Call of Duty and Fallout crossover, you will deploy as one of four Task Force 141 vault dwellers — Captain Price, Ghost, Soap, and Gaz — with Vault-Tec-enhanced weapon blueprints and other Fallout-themed items. Let’s see what Fallout-themed items have come to Call of Duty games.

The Fallout Vault Dweller Bundle

The Fallout Vault Dweller Bundle includes more than 15 items and is available from June 20, that is, today.

The Tracer Pack items

Upon purchasing the Tracer Pack: Fallout Vault Dweller Bundle, you’ll immediately unlock two Fallout-themed weapon blueprints–the “Vault-Tec Approved” M16 weapon Blueprint and the “Atomic Disintegrator” HRM-9 weapon Blueprint–in addition to four operator skins, six loading screens, and some extra content.

The Fallout-Themed weapon blueprints come with Vault-Tec Tracers and V.A.T.S. Death Effect.

The “Vault-Tec Approved” M16 weapon blueprint

As per Call of Duty devs, you can equip the “Vault-Tec Approved” M16 weapon Blueprint with two Aftermarket Parts: the JAK Cutthroat Stock and the JAK Patriot Conversion Kit. While the JAK Cutthroat Stock is meant to give you speed and stability while aiming down sights, the JAK Patriot Conversion Kit “transforms the M16 into a fully automatic rifle with superior recoil control and firing aim stability”.

The “Vault-Tec Approved” M16 weapon Blueprint comes with a 45 45-round mag plus two attachments to improve handling and recoil control. It is meant to be used as a long-range weapon.

The “Atomic Disintegrator” HRM-9 weapon blueprint

The “Atomic Disintegrator” HRM-9 weapon Blueprint is meant for close-quarters combat. It comes with a 50-round drum magazine and thermal target identification, improved accuracy and recoil control, and extended range.
