Months after being a spectator as witnessed in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and the Indian Premier League (IPL) that followed, RJ Mahvash has now donned a new role in the cricket ecosystem. The social media influencer, who has been linked with India spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, is among the owners of a team in the inaugural edition of CLT10 (Cricket League T10), a three-day tennis ball cricket tournament.
The auction for the same took place in New Delhi recently and Mahvash was seen bidding for players. She is the owner of Supreme Strikers, which will be led by former Australia cricketer Shaun Marsh.
RJ Mahvash also took to Instagram to share photos from the auction. "Team RJ Mahvash locked with Captain Shaun Marsh," the caption read.
Meanwhile, Chahal who got divorced from popular choreographer Dhanashree Verma before the start of IPL this year, quashed relationship rumours with RJ Mahvash during a chat on Raj Shamani's podcast. "No, there's nothing. People can think whatever they want to think," Chahal noted.
"For the first time, when I was seen with someone, people started linking us right away. Even though she clarified it, it was very hard for her. She was called a homewrecker... people said really nasty things. I felt terrible... We could not step out together," he added.

Talking about their pictures from a Christmas dinner, Yuzvendra stated that it was blown out of proportion. "We had a Christmas dinner with five people, but the photo was cropped to make it look like just the two of us were on a dinner date. It got to a point where we couldn't even go out with friends without worrying about what people would say," he said.
