Hathras stampede: Akhilesh Yadav slams govt for tragedy, calls it failure of administration

Samajwadi Party chief & Lok Sabha MP Akhilesh Yadav on July 10 attacked BJP government in Uttar Pradesh and also called the Hathras stampede a “failure of the administration.” He further said, “Those people (BJP) who told that we will make a smart city in UP, we can see their smart city, it is waterlogging everywhere and waste materials. Accidents are happening, people's vehicles are falling into ditches...health facilities have also become poor like that. The incident that happened in Hathras was also a failure of the administration...unemployment is still as it is and youths are walking around in search of jobs.”
