Mumbai Boat Tragedy: Navy Speedboat Collides with Ferry, 13 Dead, PM Modi & CM Announce Ex-Gratia

A tragic collision between a Navy speedboat and the Neelkamal ferry near Mumbai claimed 13 lives, including 10 civilians and 3 Navy personnel, while 101 passengers were rescued. CM Devendra Fadnavis announced ₹5 lakh ex-gratia for families of the deceased, and PM Modi offered ₹2 lakh. Investigations are underway.
