England fast bowler Jofra Archer could make a comeback sooner rather than later, judging by his latest social media post. On his Tik Tok account, the Barbados-born bowler posted a video of him bowling a few deliveries in the nets.
The 27-year-old was touted for international success when he burst onto the scene in the 2019 ODI World Cup, which England went on to win. However, a series of injuries has since put a spanner in the works for the fast bowler.

His last international game for England was in March 2021, before he suffered a serious elbow injury. He had two operations to heal the problem but suffered a back stress fracture before he could make his comeback to competitive cricket.
However, his latest social media post has given England fans, and fans around the world, some hope of a quick return to cricket.
According to British media reports, England is hopeful Archer makes the cut for the tour of South Africa in January 2023; he is currently back to full-time bowling with county side Essex.
The English team management is quietly confident of Archer joining the Test side on November 18, in Abu Dhabi, as they prepare for their Test series in Pakistan, in December.
But he won't line up against Pakistan, as the ECB instead hopes the South Africa tour will be the catalyst for his competitive return. 2023 is a packed year for England with an important Ashes series and the ODI World Cup scheduled for next year.
Interestingly, Indian fans will also hope for a quick return for Archer as the IPL mini-auction is scheduled for December 16, 2022.
