It was Halloween yesterday and a plethora of people dressed up as their favourite character to party. Even little children donned their costumes to collect candies. Among them was Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma’s daughter as well. The 4-year-old dressed up as her father and her cute pictures have gone viral.

Sharma’s wife, Ritika Sajdeh, shared a few pictures of Samaira wearing the Indian jersey while holding a pumpkin-shaped candy holder. The jersey even had Sharma’s name and number 45 printed on the back.

“Look who went as Rohit Sharma for Halloween,” the caption of the post read.

Sajdeh shared the pictures on Instagram stories.

Rohit Sharma and Ritika Sajdeh got married in a lavish ceremony at Mumbai’s Taj Land Ends in 2015. The ceremony was attended by several cricketers and Bollywood personalities. Their daughter, Samaira, was born in December 2018.

Meanwhile, after the clash between India and England in Lucknow on Sunday, the 36-year-old entered the list of top five batsmen with a total of 393 runs in 6 innings. He has scored one century and two fifties so far.

The India skipper now has seven centuries in his overall World Cup tally, taking him past Sachin Tendulkar.
