After electric vehicles, the Modi government is going big on water transport. It has approved a proposal to use a portion of the money collected from fuel cess for the development of national waterways. CNBC-TV18's Ashwini Priolker and Farah Bookwala Vhora report that it comes as a big boost to Mumbai's plans for an inland water transportation network.
