Vishal Kapoor said Energy Efficiency Services Limited is looking to expand its client base to MSMEs, offering them 35 energy-efficient technologies.
The goal is in the next few months to reduce by a quarter the energy deficit caused by Russian missile and drone strikes on power infrastructure that have frequently left millions of Ukrainians without light, water or heating.
The company has also distributed 72 lakh LED tubelights under the programme since its launch in 2015, it said in a statement.
Under the Gram Ujala programme, rural consumers are given a 7 watt and a 12-watt LED bulb with a three-year warranty against submission of working incandescent bulbs at an affordable cost of Rs 10 per bulb.
The Congress today alleged a Rs 20,000 crore nationwide scam in the procurement of LED bulbs for government use by a state-owned company and demanded a Supreme Court-monitored probe into it.

With the use of 1.90 lakh LED bulbs, nearly 1,500 million units were saved in energy utilisation, which in monetary terms is equivalent to Rs 600-700 crore.
From today onwards, each LED bulb, presently sold at Rs 80 to Rs 85, will be sold at Rs 70 to Rs 75, state Energy Minister Saurabh Patel told reporters here.
The company attributed factors like significant muted consumer demand particularly in the rural segment, battery market, being disturbed by poor quality dumped imports from China and de-growth in the organised flashlights category.
"Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) in a statement said in the latest round of procurement it has achieved a considerable drop in LED bulb prices under Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LEDs for All (UJALA) scheme.
According the company's data, the total number of LED bulbs distributed by it across the country reached 8.02 crore (8,02,74,864).
"Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has distributed over seven crore LED bulbs... under the Domestic Efficient Lighting Programme (DELP). The milestone was achieved on the Budget Day," the Power Ministry said in a statement.
The partnership enables the government to increase its distribution reach for LED bulbs and strengthen the cause of the DELP programme promote efficient lighting, enhance awareness on using LED to reduce electricity bill, and increase efficiency in domestic energy consumption.
The procurement price of LED bulbs has fallen further to Rs 64.41 from Rs 73 per unit under a government programme which could make the energy-efficient lighting more affordable.
Energy Efficiency Services Ltd, a joint venture of PSUs of Power Ministry, has completed distributing five crore LED bulbs under Domestic Efficient Lighting Programme (DELP) on Thursday morning, an official statement said.
The state-run EESL has been able to procure LED bulbs for Rs 73 as of June, down from Rs 310 in February 2014, a reduction of over 75 percent. Goyal also urged the representatives from the lighting industry to reduce retail prices of LED bulbs, which are still ruling as high as Rs 300.
Union Minister for Shipping and Surface Transport Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for State for Fertilizers Hansraj Ahir and myself will make a presentation before the Prime Minister, Goyal, who is the Minister for Coal and Renewable Energy, told reporters here.
Currently the company is not looking at price increases at least upto July but will continue to watch raw material prices and currency movements, said Amritanshu Khaitan, ED, Eveready India.
